Array CGH Analysis
A microarray scanner will pick up the fluorescence signal and three fluorescent colors can be observed: yellow indicates a normal or no change in the sequence, green indicates a duplication while red indicates deletion. The signals are converted into a graph illustrating the ratio of sample DNA compared to reference DNA. Notice that the graph below consist 3 colored dots: red, black and blue. Black is normal, blue is gain and red is loss.
