Beaker

A beaker can be good for temporarily storing solutions or solvents in when you're working in a lab. It's easy to add and transfer liquids to, but you can't tell the volume very accurately.

Three beakers with different volumes, 800 millilitres, 150 millilitres, and 250 millilitres. All of the beakers are made from clear glass. The are cylindrical with straight sides and a small pouring spout at the top edge. The beakers have regularly spaced horizontal lines along one side for measuring the volume of the liquid inside.
