Data fit

The values of the unknown samples are determined in relation to the standard curve. Try various method (e.g. linear, semi-log, log/log, 4 parameter logistic) to see which curve best fits the data. It is recommended to log- transform your data so you can easily see details for small value of data. Therefore you able to obtain more reliable data.

The value represent at the low low end of the curve (Figure 1) will not reliable as values at the higher end of your curve. By log transform the data, we can increase the data reliability (Figure 2).
