Closed-loop nozzle

The closed-loop nozzle is a special nozzle used in the starting up and shutting down processes of the fluidics system. It ensures that the sheath liquid coming from the tanks, either flow buffer or ethanol, goes through the flow chamber constantly instead of following the normal pathway when running the experiment. To achieve that, this nozzle has a tube that connects with the fluidics system before the sheath fluid reaches the flow chamber.
