Fermentation data analysis

The microbial growth can be calculated by measuring the optical density of the cell culture. In addition several products and the substrates are measured and the data can be plotted for analysis.

The metabolitic reactions of microorganisms can be analyzed stoichiometrically and the productivity of the fermentation process can be calculated.
