Here is a troubleshooting guide for Multiplex automated genome engineering (MAGE), in case something goes wrong.

Notes:

A time constant is an expression that represents pulse length. In electroporation, the time constant should be close to 5msec. Below it, the sample is too conductive and may cause arcing.
