Modified DNA with adaptors for NGS

To be able to perform a NGS experiment the DNA sample has to be prepared. Specific adapters have to be added to the DNA so they will be bind to the flow cell in the NGS machine. The steps to prepare the DNA sample for NGS are:

1. Adenylate DNA strands.

2. Adapter ligation.

3. PCR amplification with adapter specific primers.
