Flow Cell Detection

A black background covered in many small colorful dots. Each dot represents a nucleotide. Each nucleotide was tagged with a different fluorophore, therefore, the colour of the dot tells you which type of nucleotide it is. Thymine is green. Cytosine is blue. GUanine is red. Adenine is orange.
