Parietal lobe

The parietal lobe is located in the upper back area of your skull, separated from the frontal lobe by the central sulcus. The parietal lobe and its main region, the primary sensory cortex is mainly associated with somatosensation, which means it processes information coming from the body, such as touch, pain, limb position, and temperature.
