In the Parkison's Simulation, you will investigate the effects of epigallocatechin gallate, a molecule found in green tea, on the degeneration of neurons caused by the alpha-synuclein protein in order to provide your grandmother with some insight about the benefits of green tea, following her recent diagnosis.
