Signal Transduction: How cells communicate

In this simulation, you will learn how tumor cells send signals to surrounding cells to help promote tumor growth, and how this signal is transferred inside the cell. As a researcher in the R&D department of a big pharmaceutical company, your mission is to test different inhibitors targeting a specific class of signaling receptors (receptor tyrosine kinases). Will you be able to identify a promising new drug candidate for treating patients with breast cancer?

You will be able to find all the related theory needed to complete the course in this theory page.

Good luck and have fun!
